Aaron Paul Goodbye (Remix)Watch at the source
The inspiration behind the "Goodbye" music video was birthed from the tribal sounds of the remix produced by Robby Dwayne. The aggressiveness of the track in addition to the message of the song took me to a place of aggression, in-your-face, freedom and just letting it all hang, persay.
The creative direction was helmed by visual stylist Danny "Flawless" Rodriguez whom came up with the make-up idea and also hand-crafted the neck-dress jewelry piece as the solely main garment in the video. I wanted to feel like a tribal warrior, a regal prince and a sun god all in one and he did just that.
Special effects edited by Doug Strahm! Doug, also an accomplished lgbtq recording artist and I discussed various ideas of where to take this concept and he simply said, "trust me"... and that I did just that. A few weeks later and a few edits here and there.. we now have this beautiful and visually entertaining piece of art.
