You Do You is an electro-pop anthem for the underdog from FEATURETTE's sophomore record 'Dream Riot'.

You Do You is inspired by a fan, turned friend, of the band. Dealing with the growing pains of adolescences can be brutal, as singer Lexie can attest to, experiencing bullying, anxiety and depression in school. You Do You unabashedly drives home the message: You are enough, just the way you are. It’s about finding yourself, for yourself; because at the end of the day, you’ve got to be the one that has your back and stand up for what you believe in.

To show our muse that we believe in her journey through difficult times, we enlisted an army of everyday warriors, who are the masters of conquering their own lives; all who are proponents of seizing the day. These are the role models we want anyone going through a trying period to see, to know that it gets better. The track explores the lives of the graduate class of millennial adults living their best lives, in all their glory.

FEATURETTE would liked to thank all our friends who came out to stand with us in support of this project, that means so much to us.
