First Aid Kit My Silver LiningWatch at the source

First Aid Kit’s “My Silver Lining” is a hauntingly beautiful meditation on perseverance, uncertainty, and self-discovery. Released on March 31, 2014, as part of their album *Stay Gold*, the Swedish folk duo deliver lush harmonies over cinematic instrumentation, evoking a timeless Americana vibe. The music video, directed by Elliott Sellers, adds layers of surrealism as the Söderberg sisters journey through eerie landscapes and shadowy corridors. With its ghostly visuals and introspective tone, the video reflects the song’s core message—finding light amidst the unknown. It’s a graceful, resonant anthem that continues to strike a deep emotional chord.
