Gabríel Ólafs Aska VariationWatch at the source

‘Aska Variation’ is from the ‘Staka’ EP.

“Staka” (Icelandic for “short poem”) is composed of 4x miniatures, deconstructions of works from Gabríel’s recent album ‘Solon Islandus’. Each “poem” is a distilled arrangement for cello, piano, or violin that points the microscope at a melody from ‘Solon Islandus’.
