Nornir (Old Norse for “the Norns”) is the title track of Gealdýr’s new EP. The Norns are the weavers of fate, primordial beings who live at the foot of the world tree Yggdrasill. At the well of Urðr they weave the threads of fate and tend to Yggdrasill’s roots.
