Summer Girl by HAIM is a breezy, jazz-inspired track that captures the essence of a carefree summer. Directed by Paul Thomas Anderson, the music video features the sisters walking through the streets of Los Angeles, gradually shedding layers of clothing to reveal summery outfits. Released on July 31, 2019, the video aligns with the song's light and uplifting vibe, which was inspired by lead singer Danielle Haim's experience of supporting her partner through a cancer diagnosis. This track is part of their album "Women in Music Pt. III," and has been praised for its catchy melody and heartfelt lyrics.
