Heart's "These Dreams" became the band's first No. 1 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1986, marking a significant shift in their musical style. Written by Bernie Taupin and Martin Page, the song features Nancy Wilson on lead vocals, offering a softer, more introspective sound. The accompanying music video, directed by Jeff Stein, complements the song's dreamy atmosphere with surreal visuals.
