Jackin' For Beats is a pioneering track by Ice Cube from his 1990 EP *Kill at Will*. In this song, Ice Cube creatively uses snippets of popular beats from other hip-hop artists, showcasing his ability to flow over a range of instrumentals. This track features samples from songs by Public Enemy, Digital Underground, LL Cool J, and more, making it a homage to both East and West Coast hip-hop. Produced by Sir Jinx, the song remains one of the most expensive to produce due to the numerous sample clearances required.
