Japanese Breakfast Road HeadWatch at the source

A surreal and vividly stylized visual from Japanese Breakfast’s “Road Head,” directed and written by Michelle Zauner, follows a noodle‑eating, chain‑smoking protagonist sharing life with a masked creature amidst neon-lit surrealism. Inspired by Wong Kar‑wai’s “Fallen Angels” and “Twin Peaks”, the video’s bold staging and exaggerated color palette mirror the song’s emotional dislocation and longing.
