JERNBLOD Mountain KingWatch at the source

Deep beneath the frozen stone, a forgotten king still holds his throne.

“Mountain King” by JERNBLOD combines deep male chants, pounding tribal drums and powerful female vocals in a dark Nordic fantasy music video.

Beyond the reach of daylight lies a kingdom of moss, gold and ancient bone. Torches die in its passages. Silence fills its halls. On a throne hidden beneath the mountain, a king has waited a thousand years without a visitor.

This is our own fantasy tale of an ancient ruler and the darkness surrounding his kingdom, told through rhythmic chants and a mystical, soaring chorus.

“Bow your head or lose your name.”
