Nightmares On Wax Isolated (feat. Pip Millett and Sabrina Mahfouz)Watch at the source

I’d been a fan of both Pip and Sabrina’s for some time before making this song. Once I had the idea, I knew it was for Pip.

We made the song in Lockdown 1 and it was all done remotely. It wasn’t ideal but Pip’s writing and performance really speaks to that time and is so powerful. Only after she delivered her parts, I had the idea for the ending. I reached out to Sabrina, who delivered in a major way. I couldn’t be happier than how these two artists contributed to this song 💜

“We wanted to explore the honest reality and complexity of what healing really looks like. Rather than portraying healing as the romanticised, linear process it’s often perceived to be, we wanted to intimately convey the rawness of the experience - the good, the bad, the ugly and the in-between.” - Tolu Coker and Ade Coker, Directors
