Siouxsie And The Banshees Cities In DustWatch at the source

Cities In Dust is one of Siouxsie and the Banshees' most iconic tracks, released in 1985 as part of their album “Tinderbox”. The song reflects on the destruction of Pompeii, using it as a metaphor for emotional and societal decay. The music video, directed by Tim Pope, complements the apocalyptic theme with haunting visuals of volcanic devastation. This track helped the band make a significant impact in both the post-punk and alternative rock scenes during the 1980s.
