Save Yourself is the second single from Stabbing Westward’s 1998 album Darkest Days. The song — blending industrial rock and nu‑metal tones — became the band's biggest hit, peaking at #4 on the US Billboard Mainstream Rock chart and #20 on the US Modern Rock chart. The music video, directed by Matt Donaldson, features the band performing in a dilapidated house filled with eerie, unsettling imagery, matching the song’s dark, emotional tone.
