Stromae Fils de joieWatch at the source
Stromae’s “Fils de joie” turns French pop and electropop precision into biting social theatre, pairing a taut dance pulse with the kind of moral complexity he does so well. Directed by Henry Scholfield, the 2022 official music video is framed as a national tribute from a fictional country to a missing sex worker, giving the track’s sharp commentary an even colder ceremonial weight.
