Tragically, their life together was cut short when Tracy was killed in a work related accident. Although the company involved was made to pay fines for their lack of safety, the fact that the people involved were in a same sex marriage made it easy for Terri's rights to be denied by the state.

After three years full of lawyers, blank stares from the State of Florida, and a heartbreaking lack of closure, this year Terri bravely chose to stand up and make a statement by making a music video for this song.
