Silly Love Songs is a 1976 hit single by Paul McCartney and Wings, featured on the album “Wings at the Speed of Sound”. The song, which became a No. 1 hit on the Billboard Hot 100, was McCartney's response to critics who claimed he wrote too many love songs. The music video, directed by Gordon Bennett, features McCartney and the band performing in a casual, lighthearted setting, complementing the playful nature of the song.
