Stromae carmenWatch at the source
Stromae’s “carmen” twists a familiar classical motif into taut French electropop, all clipped rhythm, sly melody and social-media-age bite. Directed by Sylvain Chomet, the 2013 track sits in Stromae’s sweet spot: dance-floor precision with a barbed, art-pop brain.
